How to e-mail results in text format for the NHARA Website.

 

 

Once the race is finished and the results are complete you may e-mail the results by following the directions below.

 

  1. Proceed as if you would print the results on paper. When you get to the screen shown below click on the “Save to File” button (circled in picture.)

 


 

  1. Once you have clicked this button the following screen will pop up and you will need to enter name and the location of the file you are saving.  It is important that you remember both the name and location so that you can locate the file when it comes time to attaching the file to your email.

  1. After the file is saved you will attach it to an email.  This process may differ depending on your email program.  Most email programs have “Paper Clip” icon that you can click to insert a file. Once you click the “Paper Clip,  you will need to choose the file you created above and attach according to your program.

 

 

REMEMBER:  You will need to attach the results for both the men and the women so there should be two files attached to each email.  Also if the event is scored on each run you should email results for each run.

 

Lastly, in most J3, J4 and J5 races the results will need to be printed by class.  This is easily done by choosing “Other” on the “Reports” menu.
